Who needs a professional Headshot? Chances are you do if you’ve come this far 😊 We photograph all kinds of people from CEOs and Artisans, to Sales Professionals, Engineers and Politicians. Anyone needing a professional headshot will be well looked after at Hobart Headshots.
When
When can I book a shoot? The studio operates 9:30-5:30 weekdays. There is a booking button at the bottom of this page if you’d like to book online. Please note: if you have trouble finding a time that suits, just give us a call on 6223 1155 as sometimes we can juggle things around at our end.
How
How much does it cost? An individual headshot session costs $235 and includes one finished image delivered digitally in both print and web resolution. Many clients choose to purchase a folio of 3 or 10 different images (often a mix of casual and more formal images, different outfits/styles etc) for different uses. These options attract the discounted prices of $595 and $1750 inc GST. Volume discounts may apply to larger teams - more info here. Please feel free to request a quote if you need something more specific.
Where
Where can we get our Headshots made? Our state of the art studio is centrally located in the Hobart CBD at 179 Liverpool St. It’s nice and easy to access on the ground floor in the Zanzo Portraits Studio. (rear access available for people with wheels via Harrington Lane) We CAN come to you if necessity dictates - location commissions start at $1490 inc GST and include online proofing for selections and a suite of 5 professionally retouched images. Additional images start at 190 each.
What
What should I wear? Well, that depends on what you do! We recommend dressing in the way that best represents you as who you are in your profession. It’s a good idea to bring a few clothing options (perhaps something light and something dark) and we recommend avoiding busy patterns and shiny fabrics.

Sometimes… rarely but sometimes, we make these sessions on sale. You can buy now and we can make it happen in the next 6 months. Shoots are Mon-Friday, generally in normal business hours but we can chat about this first if you like.

Your shoot can be booked within 6 months of purchase. Mon-Fri unless otherwise arranged with my wife. 😇 9-5ish. In studio and surrounds if you want more adventure. Approx 1-2 hours of studio time. 📸 You’ll select your images on the day. Extras (beyond the 10 included) can be purchased additionally @ $150 per image. Will probs deliver your images within 2 days cause I’m good like that. 3 outfit changes is a good idea. This is for 1 person - more people will = more $ 🥳
